| Mr. Nash is the Co-Founder and CEO of Personive, Inc and a Special Partner of Capital Trust Ventures. Personive is a software company that provides a unique and patented process of providing electronic communication to massive to minuscule communities in a confidential manner. Prior to Personive, Mr. Nash was CEO of Novaroo, a privately-held strategy and advisory services firm where he was instrumental in working with executive teams that successfully grew and sold their enterprises. Successes include: Visual Sciences, Inc – acquired by Omniture for $348 million, Visual Sciences, LLC – acquired by WebSideStory for $56 million, and Systinet Corporation – acquired by Mercury Interactive for $106 million. As Chief Operating Officer at BroadVision, Mr. Nash led the global turnaround and restructuring of the business. Mr. Nash also served as founder of the Australian and New Zealand operations of International Consulting Solutions (ICS) acquired by Deloitte Consulting – where he help create the leading SAP solutions business in the region. After Deloitte, he was recruited to the US as Managing Partner responsible for the growth and globalization of the Baan systems integration practice within Deloitte Consulting. Over his career, Mr. Nash has held leadership positions at Oracle and commenced his career at Arthur Andersen. He built his first business, Information Synergy, at 24 years of age and sold it when he was 26. Mr. Nash received a Bachelors from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Degree in Computing from Monash University. He is a Chartered Accountant. He currently serves on the Boards and Advisory Boards of multiple privately held technology companies. |
