| Mr. Miller is the CEO of Everest Software, Inc., a fully integrated ERP software product for small and medium sized businesses, and a Special Partner of Capital Trust Ventures. Mr. Miller has helped Everest achieve significant organic growth utilizing web based and remote sales programs. Mr. Miller ’s career began with PSINet where he excelled in various functional roles including sales, marketing, international M&A, and technology. After PSINet’s secondary offering, he and several leaders left to form Conducent, an Internet software company. He served as Co-Founder and Vice President of Conducent Technologies, Inc, and oversaw various functional areas of the company. After almost four years and three rounds of venture funding at Conducent, he was recruited to be the President and COO of XML Solutions. In 2000 XML was sold to Vitria. After the acquisition, Mr. Miller launched iSage Capital, LLC to fund and help build early stage companies. In 2002 he became the CEO of Infodata Systems, Inc.. While recruiting a new executive team, restructuring the organization, redefining the Company’s business, and reinvigorating the company’s corporate culture, the company enjoyed net revenue growth. During this period the company’s stock moved 10X, more than doubled its and eliminated its debt. Shortly thereafter, the company was acquired by MBI, Inc. Mr. Miller has been a speaker at Comdex, Internet World, Internet Wireless World, several Wall Street and Venture Capital Investor Conferences, and eBusiness World. He has been recognized by a number of publications for his significant achievements including: “Next 40” 2000, Up and Coming “Rising Star” by Washington Business Forward Magazine and was profiled in FAST COMPANY. Additionally, he was profiled as a “top 12 CEOs to watch” by the Washington Business Journal More recently he was selected by American Venture Magazine, 40 under 40. Mr. Miller earned his a BA from Liberty University and an MBA degree from the George Washington University. Mr. Miller serves on the board of a number of private companies. |
