Mr. Del Rosso currently serves as CEO of Nimaya, Inc., a leading provider of data mash-up software. He has 25 years of operations experience in the IT industry including broad technical expertise and fundamental design experience in system-of-systems architectures, storage, knowledge and content management systems design, operating system internals, real-time systems, data communications and telephony, ID management, and IT security. He has contributed to DoD’s information security research projects, has designed and implemented IT security products for both enterprises and governments, and has security clearances. He is a senior member of the IEEE and Chairman of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee. He is a 2006 Lincoln Fellow at The Claremont Institute. Previously Mr. Del Rosso was Chief Technology Officer at three public companies: Quantum Corporation, Legato Systems, Inc., and OTG Software, Inc. The latter two are now part of EMC. He was also founding CTO of iDEFENSE (acquired by VeriSign). He has also held executive management positions at VII, Inc. and served on the board of directors of NFR Security, Inc. (acquired by Check Point Software). For 15 years prior to this he led a successful consulting company providing expertise in engineering design, strategic planning, product management and marketing to corporations such as IBM, Control Data, Cheyenne Software, Secure Computing Corporation and Northern Telecom.
